We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic Event Planner to produce events from conception through to completion.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Events Planner
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Managing multiple tasks, deadlines, is crucial. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and within budgets
  • Works effectively despite minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
  • Hyper organized with a strong emphasis on project management and schedule coordination.
  • Meeting deadlines and efficiently allocating time is critical. 
  • Identifying and resolving unexpected issues that may arise during planning or at the event. 
  • Ensuring every aspect of the event is meticulously planned and executed.
  • Adhering to budgets and maximizing ROI

Qualifications:
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Familiarity with event management software, website design, and other relevant technologies. 
  • Comfortable taking the lead on complex, multifaceted projects while juggling various moving
  • parts.
  • Familiar with creating, tracking, adhering to, and reporting to budgets.
  • Meeting deadlines and efficiently allocating time is critical. 
  • Identifying and resolving unexpected issues that may arise during planning or at the event. 
  • Ensuring every aspect of the event is meticulously planned and executed. 
  • Being able to adjust to unexpected changes or challenges.

Schedule and Compensaton:
  •  In office position - Bothell WA
  • Full time position
  • Health Benefits
  • Salary 65K to start with 3 month probationary period.
